摘　　要：本文基于海南省科技自主创新体系建设的需要,提出了依靠地方政府支持及高校数字文献资源建设区域性公共信息服务平台——海南教育科技数字图书馆的基本构想。Based on the demand of constructing Hainan Province Scientific and technological autonomous innovation system, the paper proposes the basic visualization of constructing regional public information service platform--- Hainan Educational, Scientific and Technological digital library based on the support of local government and the digital literature resources of institutions of higher learning.
