摘　　要：学科馆员制度是提高我国高校图书馆的核心竞争力较好举措。西方发达国家图书馆学科馆员制度早已实行,并取得了一定的成绩和经验,要搞好此项工作应从制定阶段性目标、建立原则、培养和引进人才、建立激励措施、建立考评机制、明确岗位职责等方面着手。Disciplinary librarian system is an effective measure to elevate the core competitiveness of tmiversity library. It has been implemented in the western countries for many years and achieved good experiences and outcomes. To initiate the system, staged objectives, principles, talent introduction and cultivation, motivational measures, assessments as well as specification of position responsibility are key elements to carry out.
