摘 要:目的建立苏合香丸中肉桂酸含量的测定方法。方法采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液(pH 3.5)(61∶39),检测波长为270 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min^-1,柱温为室温。结果肉桂酸在6.50×10^-2-2.08μg内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.8%,其RSD为1.4%。苏合香丸中肉桂酸的平均含量为7.32×10^-2mg.g^-1。结论该方法简单、快速、重复性好,可作为苏合香丸的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE A method was developed to determine the content of Cinnamic Acid in Suhexiang Pill. METHODS A column of Hypersil C ls (250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 1% acetic acid (pH 3.5 ) (61:39). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 with the wavelength at 270 nm. RESULTS Cinnamic Acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 6.50 × 10^-2 2.08 μg, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 99.8% , and RSD was 1.4%. The average content of Cinnamic Acid was 7.32 × 10^-2 mg · g^-1 in Suhexiang Pill. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, it can be used to control the quality of Suhexiang Pill.
