浅析西欧近代转型时期商人资本职能的转变

摘　　要：西欧近代转型时期,商人资本职能在不断地转变。安特卫普时期与热那亚时期,商人资本主要表现为商品资本与生息资本;荷兰时期,商人资本在前期主要表现为商品资本,后期主要表现为生息资本;英国时期,商人资本在早期也主要表现为商品资本,后来随着经济变化部分商业资本逐渐转型为产业资本。在这些商人资本职能转变中,资本逐渐完成了从商业资本向产业资本转化的历史过程,从而加快了工业资本主宰社会经济新阶段的到来。In the transformation period, the function of merchant capital had been changing constantly. At the Antwerp Ages and the Genoa Ages, much merchant capital was the merchandise capital and interest capital. During the Holland period, the merchant capital was mainly the merchandise capital in early days, and later transformed into interest capital. During the British period, the merchant capital also mainly performed the function of merchandise capital at first, and gradually turned into industry capital, thus becoming the vanguard of the new ages.
