摘　　要：目的:评价高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法:对362例乳腺疾病进行二维及彩色多普勒超声检查。结果:乳腺增生227例,乳腺纤维腺瘤54例,乳腺炎10例,乳腺癌71例。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺疾病有较高的诊断价值。Objective： To evaluate the value of the high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods： 362 cases of hreast disease were examined by two dimensional and color Doppler Ultrasouography. Results： The results showed that all breast diseases could be divided into different types by high frequency color Doppler Ultrasonography. Among the 362 patients, beast hyperplasia accounted for 227 cases, fihroadenoma of breast, 54 cases, mastitis, 10 cases and breast adenocareinoma, 71cases. Conclusion： The high frequency color Doppler Ultrasonography is valuable for diagnosing breast diseases.
