超声诊断胎儿神经管缺陷与孕妇血清AFP值对照分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声结合母体血清甲胎蛋白联合筛查在产前诊断胎儿神经管畸形中的价值。方法对妊娠中期的孕妇进行血清甲胎蛋白及超声检查。结果15356例孕妇中共检出胎儿神经管畸形73例,检出率为0.48%,其中胎儿神经管畸形高风险1502例,筛查阳性率为9.78%,经超声及产后证实有73例,其敏感性为96.94%,特异性为99.81%。超声共检出胎儿神经管畸形73例,其对神经管畸形的敏感性和特异性为100%。结论超声结合母体血清联合筛查是诊断胎儿神经管畸形的首选方法。Objective ： To investigate the ultrasound value that combined maternal serum alpha - fetoprotein consociation to check in the prenatal period the diagnosis the nerual tube defects （NTDs）. Methods： Carry on the serum and ultrasound check to the pregnant woman of the middle period inthegestation. Results： Of the 15356 pregnant women, totally 73nerual tube defects （NTDs） were found, the check rate 0. 48% , nerual tube defects hing risk were1502, positive rate were 9.78% , 73patient were confirmed by ultrasound and postnatal period. The sensitivity, specificity for maternal serum and ultrasound in check NTDs were 96.94% 100% , 99. 81% 100%. Conclusion： The ultrasound combined maternal serum consociation check is the best way to examine the nerual tube defects （ NTDs）.
