氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液在围术期镇痛中的应用

摘　　要：氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液是非甾体类抗炎药氟比洛芬酯的静脉用药，可以迅速地靶向聚集到肿瘤、手术切口及炎性部位，抑制前列腺素的合成，发挥抗炎镇痛作用，并能减少传统的口服制剂对胃粘膜的损伤，而且恶心，呕吐等胃肠道不良反应较少见。其常用静脉注射剂量为50—100mg，半衰期5.8小时。禁用于消化道溃疡、严重肝肾及血液功能障碍、严重心衰或高血压、阿司匹林哮喘以及正在使用洛美沙星、诺氟沙星、依诺沙星等喹诺酮类药物的患者，慎用于有消化道溃疡既往史、有出血倾向、血液系统异常或有既往史、心肝肾功能不全或有既往史、高血压、支气管哮喘以及合用其他NSAIDs的患者。Flurbiprofen axetil microphere injection is an intravenous formulation of flurbiprofen axetil, a new kind of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs （NSAIDs） . It can target to the carcinoma, surgical or inflammatory site very quickly and inhibit the production of prostaglandin （PG） , thus providing the benefits of anti-inflammation and analgesia and reducing the adverse reactions compared with its oral formulation. Perioperative analgesia, especially postoperative analgesia is becoming more and more important in recent years not only because it can reduce the postoperative pain patients suffer both physiologically and psychologically, but also because it is essential to patients＇recovery and the avoidance of postoperative and postanesthetic complications. Transmission of pain signals evoked by tissue damage leads to sensitization of the peripheral and central pain pathways. Pre-emptive analgesia is a treatment that is initiated before the surgical procedure in order to reduce this sensitization. Many studies have comfirmed the effectiveness and reliability of flurbiprofen in the field of perioperative analgesia, and also, some researchers have determined the effects of flurbiprofen in the pre-emptive analgesia. This article is to review this new kind of NSAID formulation and its application in perioperative period, which includes its analgesic effects, its influences on patient＇s physiology, indications and contra-indications, complications and interactions with other drugs.
