摘　　要：本文就最近10年降低围术期病人危险的循证医学证据进行总结与分析，希望能够帮助麻醉医生对病人围术期的风险有更深刻的认识。In this article, we analyse the evidence-based proofs we collected for nearly 10 years about how to reduce perioperative dangerous, and they may help to clarify the recognization of the perioperative dangerous of patient.
