摘 要:通过乳液聚合把丙烯酸(AA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)单体接枝到聚乙烯醇(PVA)上,用ZnO和NaOH中和增稠,制备了一种综合性能优良的新型啤酒贴标粘合剂。考察了AA、BA、St、ZnO用量及中和度对粘合剂性能的影响。结果表明:单体BA、St的引入和ZnO的使用提高了粘合剂的耐水性,适当的中和度有利于啤酒瓶回收过程中的标签脱除。本方法制备的粘合剂不但初粘性能好、耐水性优良。而且环保,成本较低。A novel label adhesive with good performance for labeling beer bottle was prepared by using acrylic acid (AA),styrene (St), butyl acrylate (BA) as functional monomers grafted to polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) by emulsion polymerization, neutralizing carboxyl with NaOH and ZnO. The effects of the contents of AA, BA, St,ZnO and the degree of neutralization on the performance of adhesive were studied. The results indicated that the introduction of BA,St and ZnO improved the water-resistance of the adhesive,moderate neutralization degree make it easier to remove the label mark of recycled beer bottle. This adhesive has a good performance of initial adhesion,water-resistance ,environmental conservation and low cost.
