枸杞子提取物对大鼠离体胸主动脉舒张作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:研究枸杞子提取物对大鼠离体胸主动脉的舒张作用。方法:将离体大鼠胸主动脉固定于恒温组织浴槽中,先后加入肾上腺素和枸杞子提取物,记录血管的张力变化。结果:肾上腺素能迅速升高离体大鼠胸主动脉张力,并维持于一定水平,而枸杞子提取物能缓慢地降低离体大鼠胸主动脉张力。结论:枸杞子提取物可抑制肾上腺素所致的离体大鼠胸主动脉收缩。Objective：To observe the vasodilator effect of Fructus Lycii extract on thoracic aortae rings of rats in vitro. Methods：Thoracic aortic rings of rats were put into the constant temperature tissue bath,and were connected to a force transducer by one thread. Then adrenalin and Fructus Lycii extract were added into the bath solution,and the tension of thoracic aortic rings was recorded. Results：The tension of thoracic aortic rings of rats was significantly increased by adrenalin,and was slowly decreased by Fructus Lycii extract. Conclusion：Fructus Lycii extract has vasodilator effect on thoracic aortae rings of rats in vitro.
