葛根素对糖尿病视网膜病变治疗作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的寻求糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的有效治疗药物。方法将DR患者随机分为葛根素治疗组和对照组,比较两组治疗前后血流动力学与血液流变学指标。结果治疗组血细胞压积、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),眼动脉和视网膜中央动脉收缩期最大血流速度及舒张末期血流速度明显增快,阻力指数明显降低(P<0.01)。结论葛根素治疗DR安全、有效。[Objective] To find an effective medicine in treating diabetic retinopathy （DR）. [Methods] DR patients were randomly divided into kakkonein group and control group. We analyzed and compared the hemadynamics and hemotheology indexes of the two groups before and after treatment. [Results] Volume packed cells, whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in kakkonein group were lower than those in control group （P〈0. 01） ,The peak velocity of retinal centralartery and eye artery during systolic phase and blood flow rate in final diastolic phase were significantly increased while the resistent index was significantly decreased （P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion] Kakkonein is effective for DR.
