摘　　要：目的:利用显微定量法测定黄柏质量。方法:采用容量分析手段,测定黄柏粉末中的石细胞的显微特征数,并采用高效液相法对黄柏的指标成分盐酸小檗碱进行了含量测定;对得到的两组数据进行相关分析。结果:得到了黄柏药材的石细胞显微特征数及盐酸小檗碱含量;二者有显著的相关性。结论:利用显微定量法测定黄柏质量是科学、可行的。Objective： To determine the quality of cortex phellodendri chinensis by microscopic quantitative method. Methods： Determining the numbers of the Stone Cells of cortex phellodendri chinensis powder by volumetric analysis - method and the content of berberine hydrochloride contained in cortex phellodendri chinensis by HPLC method. Analyzing the relativity of the two sides. Result： Received the numbers of the Stone Cells of cortex phellodendri chinensis and the content of berberine hydrochloride contained in cortex phellodendri chinensis. There have prominent relativity between the two sides. Conclusion： It is scientific and feasible to determine the quality of cortex phellodendri chinensis by the microscopic quantitative method.
