心宁胶囊治疗快速心律失常临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨心宁胶囊治疗快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将180例入选病人随机分为治疗组(A组)120例,对照组(B组)60例。在综合治疗的基础上,A组服用心宁胶囊,B组服用心律平。分别观察其主要症状、体征、心电图、血脂变化。结果:A组在缓解症状、降低心率、提高心功能、调节血脂等方面,均明显优于B组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:心宁胶囊对于快速心律失常具有较好的治疗作用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the taehyarrhythia patients. Methods： The 180 taehyarrhythia patients randomly devided into two groups, the curative group （ A group ） 120patients, and the control group （ B group） 60 patients. Under the complex treatment, A group patients treatment by oral administration Propafenone. Observe the change of the level of symptoms, physical sign, eleetroeardoogram, blood -lipid. Results： The remissioning symptoms, reducing the heart rate, enhancement the cardiac function, and regulation of blood - lipid, of A group compared with B group,the difference is significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Conclusion： The Xinning capsule can effect the the taehyarrhythia.
