摘　　要：细胞膜色谱法是研究药物与受体之间相互作用的一种新型亲和色谱技术,将药物在体内的作用过程在色谱柱内进行动态模拟。随着CMC法研究的深入,为天然植物药中有效成分的提取,中药复方的定性定量分析等方面提供了实验依据,为研究药物与受体作用及创新药物的高通量筛选提供了细胞水平筛选平台。文章简要综述近年来细胞膜色谱法及其在药理学中的应用进展。Cell membrane chromatography （CMC） is a new technology of affinity chromatography which studies the interaction between medicines and receptors. The action of medicines in the body is dynamically simulated in the chromatography column. The further study of CMC provides experimental basis for extracting effective constituents from natural plants and quantitative qualitiative analysis of Chinaese traditinonal medicine, and it also provides cell screening platform for studying the interaction between medicines and receptors and high flux screening of new medicines, This paper summarizes CMC and its application in pharmacology in recent years.
