红药片定性鉴别方法研究

摘　　要：红药片原标准内容中包括红花、土鳖虫的显微鉴别和白芷的薄层鉴别。本实验确立三七、当归的显微鉴别,增加了川芎、当归和红花的薄测层鉴别,改进了白芷的薄层鉴别条件,提高了红药片的质量标准,有利于控制红药片的质量。The primary standard of Hongyao tablet contains the micro authentication of safflower and ground beetle, and the TLC of dahurian angelica. The experiment established the micro authentication of panax pseudo - ginseng and Chinese angelica. Increase the TLC of rhizome of Sichuan lovage, Chinese angelica and safflower. It improved the condition of TLC of dahurian angelica, thus improve the quality standard of Hongyao tablet. The standard ensures to control the quality of Hongyao tablet.
