葫芦巴对链佐霉素诱导糖尿病模型大鼠药理研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葫芦巴对链佐霉素(Streptozotocin.STZ)所致1型糖尿病(Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus,IDDM)大鼠的药理作用。方法:一次性腹腔注射50mg/kgSTZ溶液,建立大鼠IDDM模型。分别灌胃给予葫芦巴煎液和格列齐特溶液作为治疗组和阳性对照组,连续给药20天;以大鼠血糖值、血脂、血清SOD和NO含量、肝组织GSH为观察指标。结果:葫芦巴明显降低IDDN大鼠血糖水平,水平明显降低TG、HDL-C、TC,血清明显升高SOD、NO水平。结论:葫芦巴给药对STZ所致大鼠IDDM有明显降低血糖作用,对STZ引起的1型糖尿病大鼠有明显的治疗作用。Objective： To study the effects of Frenugreek in Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus animals model induced by Streptozotocin; Methods： Intraperitoneal injection 50mg · kg^-1 solution of STZ at one time to set up the Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus rat model;to observe index of blood glucose, blood fat, blood serum SOD and the content of NO,liver GSH. Results ： Frenugreek lowered the blood glucose level of IDDM rat model,TG, HDL - C, TC obviously; the blood serum SOD and the content of NO to heighten obviously. Conclusion ： Frenugreek has effects of lowering blood glucose, and has conspicuous therapeutic effect on Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus rat model induced by Streptozotocin.
