复感宁方的急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复感宁方的急性毒理,并对其药理作用进行概述。方法:取20只小鼠灌胃给药,累计剂量450g生药/kg,连续观察7天。结果:7天后小鼠全部存活,未发现明显不良反应。结论:复感宁方临床应用安全。Objective： To demonstrate the acute toxicity of Fuganning recipe and the pharmacological effects. Methods： To infuse 20 mice＇s states of death and the acute toxicity performances, Results： Mice werent dead and hadnt any acute toxicity performances obviously after gived Fuganning recipe in 7 days. Conclusion： Fuganning recipe havent any acute toxicity performance markedly, and clinical application safety.
