补肾调肝 健脾宁心针法治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调肝、健脾宁心针法治疗围绝经期抑郁症的疗效。方法:将78例围绝经期抑郁症患者随机分为针刺组和对照组各39例。对照组予百优解20mg/日口服,针刺组予针刺治疗,取肾俞、肝俞、脾俞、心俞、百会、神门、三阴交、太冲等穴,治疗4周后观察治疗前后HAMD及KMI评分。结果:两组治疗后对HAMD及KMI评分均有改善,针刺组对绝经期症状的改善效果尤佳。结论:补肾调肝、健脾宁心针法治疗围绝经期抑郁症的疗效较好。Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment on perimenopausal depression. Methods ： 78 eases of perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into 2 groups. 39 eases in the control group were treated with oral administration of Prozae. 39 eases in the therapy group were treated with acupuncture. Shenshu（ BL23）, Ganshu（ BL18 ）, Pishu （ BL20 ）, Xinshu （ BL15 ）, Baihul （ DU20 ）, Shenmen （ H17 ）, Sanyinjiao （ SP6 ） and Taichong （LR3） were selected in the treatment group. Results： The grade of HAMD and KMI were improved in the two groups. The therapy group had a better effect on menopausal symptoms. Conclusion： The acupuncture treatment of nourishing- kidney, regulating - liver, strengthening - spleen and tranquilizing - heart has a good effect on perimenopausal depression.
