摘  要:针对综放开采新型J型通风系统,建立了J型通风采空区流场模拟的计算流体力学模型.通过数值模拟,对比分析了J型通风和U型通风条件下的采空区流场及瓦斯运移特征.在不同采空区大小、排瓦斯专用巷抽排能力以及抽排风机安设位置等条件下,系统研究了J型通风采空区流场和瓦斯运移规律.结果表明,采用J型通风系统可消除采空区向上隅角的集中漏风,从而有效解决了U型通风上隅角瓦斯积聚问题.Aimed at the new J-shape ventilation system of fully mechanized sub-level caving face, the model of computational fluid dynamics was set up for simulating the flow field of the goal under J-shape ventilation system. Through numerical simulation, the characteristics of goal flow field and gas transportation under J-shape and U-shape ventilation systems were analyzed. Under different conditions of goal size, discharge capacity of the special return and location of the discharge fans, the patterns of goal flow field and gas transportation under J-shape ventilation system were analyzed systemically. The results show that the concentrated air leakage from the goal to the upper corner can be eliminated by applying J-shape ventilation system, and the problem of gas accumulation at the upper corner under U-shape ventialtion system can be effectively solved.
