摘 要:为了研究大空间卷烟制丝车间可燃物的燃烧特性、火灾增长特点及对安全疏散和钢结构屋顶的影响.进行了着火温度实验、燃烧失重实验和燃烧蔓延实验,用性能化消防设计的方法、运用FDS火灾模拟软件对某大型标准制丝车间进行火灾模拟.结果表明:制丝车间典型可燃物烟叶、烟梗、成品烟丝和输送带的着火温度分别为310,230,240和370℃;燃烧失重速率为1.7-3.1 g/(m2.s;)火焰水平蔓延速率为1-2.3 cm/min;制丝工艺的热释放速率为41.1-98.0kW/m2;制丝工艺火灾模型为慢速发展的t2火;可用的安全疏散时间为2 000 s,能够满足人员安全疏散要求;起火后2 400 s内不会危及钢结构屋顶的结构安全.Ignition temperature tests, mass loss tests and fire spread tests were carried out to investigate burning behaviours of combustibles, fire development characteristics and its influence on safe evacuation and steel roof in a large space primary processing workshop. The fire development was simulated in a large standard workshop based on fire performance-based design concepts using FDS software. The results show that ignition temperatures of typical combustibles, such as tobacco leafs, stems, cut tobacco and conveyor belt were 310, 230, 240 and 370 ℃, respectively. Their mass loss rates were measured 1.7~3.1 g/(m^2·s) and the flame spread speeds in horizontal were 1~2.3 cm/min. The estimation heat release rates of the primary processing were 41.1~98.0 kW/m^2, which indicates that fire develops as a slow t^2 fire in the workshop. The available safe evacuation time is 2 000 s assuring a safe evacuation time for people. The structure safety of the steel roof will not be damaged in 2 400 s after burning.
