摘　　要：根据多年对桑花叶型萎缩病的追踪研究,分离获得了病桑组织类似类病毒的小分子RNA,对其部分序列进行解析,并以之作为病原物的分子标志物,用双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、点杂交和Northern-blot等分子生物技术方法检测症状明显的病株,取得了比较理想的结果。In 1991, a law molecular weight RNA similar to vimid was found in the diseased mulberry organization. According to the accumulation evidences of many years, the vimid-like RNA was detected in the most infected mulberry. Its partial sequence was determined. The law molecular RNA as a marker was used to detect mulberry disease by the Return PAGE, Dot blot, and Northern blot. The ideal results were obtained in this study and the methods could be useful for control of the disease.
