摘　　要：从理论上研究辽宁省外商直接投资的经济增长作用,检验外商直接投资与经济增长存在协整关系,通过葛兰杰因果检验验证外商直接投资的增加引起经济增长的结论,并提出今后发展的建议。The paper discusses the foreign direct investment economic growth effect for Liaoning province in the aspect of theories, then proves the cointegration between foreign direct investment and economic growth. The paper comes to the conclusion that the increase of foreign direct investment leads to the eco- nomic growth through the Granger causality tests and puts forward the suggestions.
