摘　　要：目前临床联合用药治疗高血压病已成为趋势。作者根据国内外文献记载及中国人民解放军第454医院心血管病内科住院患者用药情况,观察常用的抗高血压药物——血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂在治疗高血压过程中与四类药物在联合用药时可能产生的相互作用,旨在探讨其联合用药的利弊,为临床安全、有效用药提供参考。Combined use of antihypertensive drugs has become a present trend in treatment of hypertension. The possible interactions of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI） combined with other four kinds of drugs are summarized based on the literature at home and abroad as well as ACEI combination therapy of inpatients in the department of cardiovasology of the 454th Hospital of PLA. The advantages and disadvantages of combined use of ACEI with other drugs are discussed in order to provide some reference to clinically safe and effective drug useness.
