脂肪醇贸易计量误差分析及改进方法

摘　　要：根据脂肪醇产品的性能,对脂肪醇产品在实际贸易交接中存在的问题,从计量专业的角度进行分析,从温度计量、体积计量、密度计量3个方面分别找出了存在差量的技术原因及减少和避免差量的办法。并结合现行标准提出了一些改进的意见和建议。According to the performance of the products of detergent alcohol （DA）, and existing questions in the actual transmission of the products of DA, three respect, the temperature measure, density measure and the volume measure ,respectively find out existing error in technological reason, reduce error which is engendered by examining temperature instrument and the process of examining temperature course separately in term of measuring specially. In any measurement, special method is used to manage the tank wagon of the chemical, including shorting examining the cycle, and measuring volume by weight etc. Measuring respect in density, not all chemical products can completely depend on the petroleum measuring meters （1985- 1998）. If the performance of chemical product is more different from ordinary oil, the temperature and density of chemical product should be measured, in order to realize high - accuracy measurement and improve the measured precision of the chemical products in trade.
