摘　　要：本文从非语言交际的定义,重要性,特点及其分类几方面对非语言交际进行分析概述,并对非语言行为在不同民族不同文化背景下的差异性作了进一步探索。突出了非语言交际的重要性,以提高人们跨文化交际的敏感性和质量。This paper intends to give a general introduction of nonverbal communication from its definition, its importance, its characteristics and its classification. It mainly emphasizes exploring the differences of nonverbal behavior in different nationals and cul- tural backgrounds. It aims to illustrate the differences of non - verbal communication and highlight its importance as well as to achieve the effectiveness of cross - cultural communication.
