摘　　要：目的测定化痰降气胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法薄层扫描法,展开剂:氯仿-甲醇-浓氨水(20∶5∶0.5),显色剂:0.3%茚三酮,检测波长λs=490 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.336-1.680μg范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9978,平均回收率为99.22%,RSD=1.94%。结论本法适用于化痰降气胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量测定。Aim To determine ephedrine in huatanjiangqi capsule. Methods Ephedrine in huatanjiangqi capsule was determined by TLC-scanning with a mixture of chloroform-methanol-ammonia water （20： 5：0.5 ） as the developing system. The detection wavelength was 490 nm. Result The method showed linearity within the range of 0. 336μg - 1. 680μg,γ = 0. 9978. The average recovery rate was 99. 22%, RSD = 1.94%. Conclusion This procedure could be available for the quality control of the Huatanjiangqi capsule.
