摘 要:为探明不同时间铝处理条件下大豆根系和叶片叶绿素荧光特性的变化规律,实验采用水培的方法,探讨了2个大豆品种(浙春2号、浙春3号)根系性状和叶片叶绿素荧光特性的变化规律。结果表明,7d铝处理对大豆根系生长和叶绿素荧光特性的影响大于12h的铝处理。在90mg·L-1的铝下,有最小的根干重、根系总长度、根系总体积、根尖根系活力、叶绿素含量和最大荧光(Fm),最大的根系质膜透性、初始荧光(Fo),抑制了大豆根系的生长,降低了根系的呼吸和代谢活性,减小了大豆叶片的电子传递量,增大了对大豆叶片的永久性伤害。对根尖和根毛区根系活力的比较研究说明铝的主要作用部位在根尖,对根毛区的影响很小,且对大豆根尖活力值的影响在12h下体现。In order to elucidate the change laws of root growth and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics under different alu- minum (A1) time. The effects of different A1 concentration and treatment time on their root growth and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in solution were studied, with two soybean (Glyeine max) varieties, Zheehun No 2 and Zhechun No 3 as experi- mental materials. The result showed that the influence under 7 days A1 treatment to the root growth and chlorophyll fluorescence was higher than under 12 hours. At 90 mg .L-l AP~, the dry matter of root system, total length of mustard roots, total volume of mustard roots, activity of root tips, chlorophyll content and maximum fluorescence (Fro) were the minimal, and the permeability of plasma membrane and minimal fluorescence (Fo) were the maximal. A1 significantly inhibited the growth of root, the respiration and metabolize, decreased the electron transport and augmented the permanent harm of soybean leaves. By comparison of the ac- tivity of the root tips and root hair zone, it could be indicated that the action sites of aluminum on plant is root tips, and the harm to the soybean had happened when 12 howrs A1 treatment.
