摘 要:目的评估我校药学系2002级药学专业药物分析期末考试试卷的质量,为改进药物分析教学方法和提高考试试卷质量提供依据。方法运用教育测量学原理与教育统计学方法对试题进行统计分析。结果学生成绩呈正态分布,平均分70.2分,标准差13.9分,平均难度0.70,区分度0.73,信度0.76,效度0.87。结论本次考试的学生成绩呈正态分布,试题难度适中,区分度良好,试卷可信、有效。Objective To evaluate the final examination paper of "Pharmaceutical Analysis" for year 2002 students of pharmacology major in our school and to provide basis for improving "Pharmaceutical Analysis" teaching methods and the quality of examination papers. Methods The examination papers were analyzed with the principles of educational measurement and educational statistics. Results The scores were normally distributed, with the average score being 70.2 points and standard deviation being 13.9 points. The average difficulty and discrimination were 0.70 and 0, 73, respectively. The reliability was 0.76 and the validity was 0.87. Conclusion The students' test scores were shown as a normal distribution, This test is reliable and valid because it has moderate difficulty and satisfactory discrimination.
