摘　　要：为了评价和验证信息系统项目管理(ISPM)中知识管理(KM)的作用和执行效果,在理论分析构建了信息系统项目管理中KM评价指标体系的基础上,选择模糊综合评价方法,进行了实证．结果表明指标体系建立恰当,方法选择合理,用此方法可以评价信息系统项目管理中KM的状况和发现薄弱环节．In order to appraise and validate the function and action effects of knowledge management in information systems project management （ISPM）, appraisal index system of knowledge management in ISPM is constructed on the basis of theoretical analysis, and fuzzy set comprehensive appraisement is selected, and demonstration is carried out. It shows index system is correct and selected method is rational and the method may appraise the effect of KM in ISPM and find the weakness.
