摘　　要：通过研究黑龙江省城市居民个人现金卫生支出对贫困的影响,描述和分析个人现金卫生支出使家庭陷入贫困或加剧家庭贫困状况的程度。结果显示,2002年黑龙江省城市有1.14%的居民由于现金卫生支出陷入贫困;因就医发生现金卫生支出后,人群距离脱贫的平均差距增加了13.10元。还以结果为基础进一步分析其内在的影响因素,并提出相应的政策建议。This article described and analyzed the poverty impact of Out-of-pocket payment （OOP）on households＇ economic condition through the study on poverty impact of OOP in urban residents, The result showed that 1,14% of population was pushed into poverty for the sake of OOP and the poverty enlarged to 13.10 Yuan after OOP occurred when utilizing health services. The article also analyzed the influence factors of the poverty impact and raised related policy suggestion based on the result.
