摘　　要：植物纤维发泡缓冲材料要替代EPS发泡塑料,必须在生产工艺等方面更新思路。为此,阐述了植物纤维发泡缓冲材料主要生产工艺过程、生产设备及其存在的问题;同时,从改造植物纤维发泡材料的成型机理、改变制品原材料组成成分以及完善工艺路线、合理选用助剂方面,提出了植物纤维发泡材料生产工艺的改进方案。In order to replace EPS cushion material, it is necessary to refresh the traditional opinion on the production technologies and methods of the plant fiber foaming and buffer material .The production technology processes, machines and current problems of plant fiber foaming technique were discussed .The scheme of improving production technology process was given from principle, component, technology and supplementary material.
