重庆农业机械化与新农村建设刍议

摘　　要：分析了农业机械化与新农村建设的关系,指出了农业机械化是新农村建设的重要推动力量。着重分析了重庆地区农业机械化发展现状,指出了目前重庆农业机械化发展面临的两大问题,即农业机械化发展基础薄弱以及重庆地形地貌局限了农业机械化所发挥的作用。同时,提出了提高农机装备和作业水平、加强农业基础设施建设、推进农业机械服务产业化、抓好农机科技创新等解决措施。The connections between agricultural mechanization and new rural construction are analyzed, and the viewpoint that agriculture mechanization is an important method of new rural construction is pointed out. This paper has emphatically analyzed the present situation of agriculture mechanization development in Chongqing area, and two restrictive factors on the development of Chongqing agriculture mechanization,that＇s to say,the foundation of agricultural mechanization is at the elementary level and the terrain landform limited the agricultural mechanization .Some solutions are proposed in this paper , for example, enhancing the agriculture machinery equipment and the work level, strengthening the agriculture infrastructure construction, prompting agricultural machinery equipment industrialization, paying special attention to the farm machinery science and technology innovation.
