摘　　要：当前,要深化高等教育体制改革和机制创新,构建可持续发展的现代高等教育体系,建立与现代国民教育体系相适应的教育经费投入体制,建立有中国特色的现代大学制度,构建科学完善、符合国情的高等教育评估制度和体系,切实保障高等教育事业的持续健康快速发展。Nowadays, we should fulfill the following tasks ： to deepen the reform of higher education and the innovation of mechanism, to construct a continuable modern higher education system, to set up an educational outlay investing system that fits the modern citizen educational system, to establish modern university regulations with Chinese distinctive features, to form scientific and complete evaluation regulations and systems of higher education that adapt to our national condition, and to ensure the continuous, healthy and rapid development of higher education.
