摘　　要：农业知识产权保护刺激了私人种业投资及大规模的扩张重组与跨国并购,同时带动了与种业相关的化工产业及制药业的整合,对未来的种植业、饲料业及农产品加工业也必将带来显著影响。分析了知识产权保护以及UPOV联盟与TRIPS协定的双重约束对世界种业重构的影响,结论表明,跨国种业集团将通过知识产权保护与强大的资本营运能力,垄断发展中国家的农业化工业、种植业,乃至饲料与农产品加工业,进而对发展中国家农业可持续发展产生不可逆转的影响。IPP attracted rich investment from private sector in seed industry, resulting in large-scale industry, restructuring around the world and consolidation of agro-chemical and pharmacy industry, which will definitely have significant impact on cropping, feeding and agro-product milling industry. The paper made an analysis of IPP, UPOV convention and TRIPS agreement＇s impact on world seed industry restructuring and implicated that transnational seed corporation will use IPP and its strong capital operating ability to seize majority market shares of agro-chemical, cropping, even feeding and agro-products milling industries, which will lead to an irreversible effect on agriculture sustainable development of the agriculture countries
