基于国际技术转让周期的企业知识产权保护机制研究

摘　　要：知识产权使企业的技术优势、知识优势、品牌优势转化为市场竞争优势。知识产权与技术一样,存在着国际转让周期。通过对国际技术转让周期理论的分析,根据知识产权转让周期各阶段的特征,构建基于国际知识产权转让周期的企业知识产权保护模式,并进行深入分析,制定基于国际知识产权转让周期的企业知识产权保护的确权战略、风险防范战略和处理知识产权纠纷战略。Intellectual property right turns enterprise＇s technological advantage and knowledge advantage as well as brand advantage into market competitiveness. Just as technology, intellectual property right also has its international transfer cycle. By the analysis to theory of international technological transfer cycle, and according to the characteristics of each stage of transferring cycle, the paper constructs international intellectual property protective mode of enterprise based on international intellectual property transfer cycle, and analyzes the mode thoroughly. On the end, the paper works out strategies of owning intellectual property right and avoiding risk as well as handling dispute based on international intellectual property transfer cycle.
