摘　　要：目的探讨颅骨修补术后并发症的常见原因及处理方法。方法对2001年1月~2006年6月施行颅骨修补术的30例患者发生术后并发症的情况进行回顾性分析。结果30例患者中共发生各类并发症20例。结论颅骨修补术是神经外科的常见手术,术后常有并发症出现,大多数并发症并不严重,易于治疗,但对于一些严重的并发症应引起重视。Objective To investigate the reasons and treatment of the complications of cranioplasty. Methods Thirty cases were analyzed from Jan. 2001 to Jun. 2006. Results There were 20 cases accopanied with the complications in 30 cases. Conclusion Cranioplasty is the common operation in neurosurgery. The complications usually occur after aperation. Most of the complications are not serious and can be treated easily. But the attention must be payed to some serious complications.
