疼痛干预对晚期肝癌患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛干预护理的方法以及对提高晚期肝癌患者生活质量的影响。方法对106例晚期肝癌患者采取疼痛干预护理，并对患者采用干预前后疼痛指标、生活质量作出评价。结果通过一系列疼痛干预护理措施后，患者疼痛程度较护理前有明显减轻（P〈0．01）。疼痛干预护理前患者的生活质量评分为18分，干预后评分为42分，生活质量较前明显提高（P〈0.01）。结论疼痛干预护理对缓解晚期肝癌患者的疼痛、提高生活质量有重要意义。Objective To study the methods of pain intervention and the effect of pain intervention on the quality of life of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Pain intervention was given to 106 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and the degree of pain and the quality of life were evaluated. Results By pain intervention methods, the pains in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were lightened significantly and the quality of life was improved. Conclusion Pain intervention could lighten the pains in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and improve the quality of life.
