摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村,要坚持规划先行。本文结合绩溪县的村庄规划实践,探讨了当前在全面推进新农村建设工作中,村庄合理规划建设的重要性,并就社会主义新农村建设中的村庄规划提出了思路。To build a new socialist countryside,planning should be put ahead.Combining the practice of village planning in Jixi County,this article discusses the significance of reasonable planning of village construction in the comprehensive promotion of the building of a new socialist countryside.presently. It also proposes the views on the village planning in the construction of new socialist countryside.
