急诊床边超声监测肾外伤的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:评价急诊床边超声监测肾外伤的应用价值。方法:对我院住院的459例肾外伤的患者在治疗前后进行床边超声检查,并监测治疗的效果。结果:挫伤型212例,包膜下肾裂伤型106例,包膜裂伤型85例,肾蒂撕裂伤型56例。经手术治疗186例,保守治疗273例,均经床边超声监测伤情变化及治疗效果。结论:急诊床边超声可快速、无创地明确肾外伤的诊断,为临床医师决定治疗方案,并可以追踪观察伤情变化,为进一步处理及更改治疗方案提出较可靠的影像学依据。Objective： To evaluate the practical value of bedside ultrasonic monitoring on kidney trauma in emergency. Methods： Four hundred and fifty nine patients with kidney trauma hospitalized were undergoing bedside ultrasonic monitoring pre and post treatment. The remedial results were monitored. Results： All of 212 cases were contused wound, 106 cases laceration of kidney under peplos, 85 cases laceration of peplos, 56 cases lacerated wound of kidney pedicle. Of 186 were treated in surgery, and other 273 cases were given expectant treatment. The traumatic changes of all cases were bedside monitored by ultrasonograph. Conclusions. Bedside Ultrasonic examination not only can be used as a quick and non-wound diagnostic way with reliable information and but also can provide further management and make treatment strategy and follow up according to dependable imaging data.
