城市土地资源承载力初步研究——以福州市为例

摘　　要：土地资源承载力是揭示人地关系的一个重要的综合性指标.在对已有土地资源承载力研究的基础上,提出了城市土地资源承载力的新概念,并构建了一套适合现阶段我国东部中心城市土地承载力综合评价指标体系.运用均方差权数决策法对福州市城市土地资源承载力进行了初步评价,并将其与中国东部沿海其他11个主要城市进行对比分析,其结果从更深层次揭示了福州市城市土地资源的承载水平.Land carrying capacity is an important comprehensive index to reveal human-land relationship. Based on the existed study on land carrying capacity, the new conception of urban land carrying capacity was put forward and a set of comprehensive evaluation indices which suits for the central cities of the east in China was constructed. Using mean squared deviation method, the primary evaluation of urban land carrying capacity in Fuzhou was carried out, and then compared the results with eleven key cities in the east coastal zone of China. The comparison revealed the present condition of the land carrying capacity in Fuzhou from a deep level.
