摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,传统的政府管理模式面临着重大的挑战.创建知识管理型政府成为知识经济时代政府发展的必然趋势.总结了知识管理型政府的基本特征,分析了知识管理型政府的实施障碍,给出了创建知识管理型政府的实施策略.With the arrival of the era of knowledge-based economy, the government is faced with a major management challenge. Creation of knowledge management type government has become an inevitable trend in the development of the knowledge based economy era. This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the type of knowledge .management, knowledge management-analysis of the obstacles to the implementation of the government, and points out the strategy in creating a knowledge-management type government.
