摘 要:选择2 866例出院病人中治愈出院者1 233例,采用方便抽样法,以改良过的满意度调查问卷进行调查分析。结果显示,调查表信、效度符合要求。不同年龄组、不同科室、不同费用支付方式病人对护理服务满意度的差异有显著性。影响出院病人护理服务满意度的因素由高到低是技术水平、服务态度、管理工作和费用支付。通过调查,为改善护理服务质量及提高护理管理水平提供直接依据。A modified questionnaire of discharged patients' satisfaction was carried out among 1 233 respondents from 28 wards of our hospital in Nov,2005. The results showed the questionnaire had acceptable validity and reliability. There existed significant differences of satisfacation with nursing service among the patients of different ages, from different wards, with different means of payment. With factor analysis and multivariable stepwise regression, it was found that the factors, which influencad patients" satisfaction, scoring from high to low were technology level, service attitude, management and payment mode. The investigation offers direct references for the improvement of the quality and management of nursing.
