试从意识形态和权力角度看乔治·凯南的“八千字电报”

摘　　要：“八千字电报”作为战后历届美国政府保障国家安全、价值观念和生活方式的国家大战略的最初和直接来源,意识形态与权力构成其思想由来与实质。在“八千字电报”中,乔治.凯南系统地论证了苏联的意图与行为,建议美国政府以坚定和耐心的遏制为基础构建战后美苏关系。鉴于乔治.凯南和他的“八千字电报”对战后世界政治的深远影响,不论是从思想史还是冷战史的角度都有待于进一步研究并给出客观公正的评价。As the first and main origin of American grand strategy in the postwar years, the Long Telegraph ＇ s essence consists of ideology and power. In the Long Telegraph George F. Kennan gave a general analysis of Soviet Union＇ s intention and action, and he thought America should build its relations with Soviet Union on the basis of Containment Strategy. Further research is needed for George F. Kennan and the Long Telegraph since they greatly influenced the world polities in the postwar years.
