摘　　要：陕北能源化工资源大面积、高强度的开采,在促进经济发展和增加物质财富的同时,也伴随有水位下降、地表塌陷、植被破坏、水土流失、环境污染等一系列问题的产生。要使资源开发、环境保护与经济协调发展,必须统筹规划、合理开发,加大环境治理和法制建设力度。With the promotion of economic development and increasing material wealth, exploitation of chemical energy resources in northern Shanxi, which exploited large area and high - intensity, is accompanied by a drop in the water level, surface subsidence, damage to vegetation, soil erosion, pollution and other problems. If we want to make coordination of resources development, environ- mental protection and economic development, we must plan overall, develop rationally, and intensify environmental management and legal construction.
