参乌冠心冲剂治疗老年充血性心力衰竭45例疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨参乌冠心冲剂对老年充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果。[方法]将75例老年充血性心力衰竭患者分为治疗组(A组)45例和对照组(B组)30例。两组均给予西医常规治疗,A组在此基础上,加服参乌冠心冲剂,疗程为1个月。[结果]A组临床治愈15例,显效19例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为95.56%;B组临床治愈7例,显效8例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率为80%;A组效果显著优于B组(P<0.05)。[结论]参乌冠心冲剂对老年充血性心力衰竭有较好的治疗作用。[Objective] To discuss the curative effect of Shenwu Guanxin（treating coronary disease） granule preparation on senium congestive cardiac, failure. [Methods] Seventy-five patients with congestive heart failure were divided into the treatment group （group A） in 45cases and control group （group B） in 30 cases. Two groups were treated with western medicine routine treatment identically, while group A was treated with Shenwu Guanxin granule preparation also on the basis of above treatment. The treatment course was 1 month. [Results] 15 cases in group A were cured clinically, 19 were significant effectively, 9 were effectively and ineffectively in 2 cases The total effective rate was 95.56%; In group B, 7 cases cured clinically, 8 were marked effectively and 6 were ineffectively with the total effective rote 80%. The therapeutic effect in group A was superior than that in group B obviously （P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] Shenwu Guanxin granule preparation has a better therapeutic effect for treating senium congestive cardiac failure.
