摘　　要：慢性病毒性肝炎,由于病因长期或反复作用,可造成肝细胞变性坏死,结缔组织增生及纤维化,进而发展成肝硬化、肝癌。根据肝炎不同阶段的现代病理及所使用中药的现代药理,配合辨证组方治疗慢性病毒性肝炎,可以提高疗效。Chronic viral hepatitis may result in hepatocyte degeneration and necrosis, desmoplasia and fibering and cause liver cirrhosis and hepatoma. According to hepatitis, the modern pathology and pharmacology in different stages, was introduced. The differentiation of symptoms and signs and treatment may treat chronic viral hepatitis and enhance treatment effect.
