摘　　要：目的观察急性脱毒后稽延性戒断症状的持续时间和变化：方法使用《海洛因稽延性戒断症状评定量表》评定稽延性戒断症状，每周一次。结果临床观察发现“夜入睡困难”是主要的稽延性症状。结论提供完善的康复，清除稽延性戒断症状是预防复吸的重要环节。objective： to observe the duration and chunges of protracted abstinent obstinent syndroines of 338 cuses with ＂Heroin Withdruwal Syndrones Evaluation Questionnaire＂, one a week. Reswt： Insomnia or difficulty in sleeping was the chief symptom conclusion： It is necessary to provide comprehensive treatment and elimination of protractecl ubstinent syndromes .which plays an important, role in the preuention of relapse.
