摘　　要：目的探讨微波治疗常年变应性鼻炎。方法利用微波行鼻腔筛前神经分支及下鼻甲黏膜凝固术。结果近期疗效显效96.7％，无效3．3％；远期疗效：显效90％，有效6.7％，无效3.3％。微波治疗常年变应性鼻炎是一种疗效显著、安全、副作用小的方法。Objective To explore the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis with microwave. Metthods To be hard set the branch of anterior ethmoid nerve and the mucosa of turbinate by microwave. Results Recent healing effect： distinguished effect 96.7%,no effect 3.3%;Distant healing effect： distinguished effect 90%,effective 6.7%, no effect 3.3%.Conclusion The treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis with microwave is a remarkable method with little side effects.
