芩连抗病毒胶囊抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察芩连抗病毒胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用。方法用棉球包埋法引起大鼠肉芽肿和二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的方法．观察芩连抗病毒胶囊抗炎作用；采用热板致病法和醋酸扭体法，观察芩连抗病毒胶囊的镇痛作用：结果芩连抗病毒胶囊能抑制肉芽肿组织的增殖；能降低小鼠耳廓肿胀度和肿胀百分率；能提高小鼠热板痛阀值和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应出现的潜伏期，减少15min内的扭体反应次数。结论芩连抗病毒胶囊具有抗炎镇痛作用：Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic action of Qin-lian anti-virus Capsules. Methods The anti-inflammatory action were observed by the methods of tampon embeded induced granuloma on rat, dimethyl-benzene induced auricular edema on mice. The analgesic action were investigated by the methods of hot-plate procedure and body-twisting experiment caused by acetic acid on mice. Results Qin-lian anti-virus Capsules could inhibit multiplication of granuloma tissue, could enhance pain threshold of hot-plate procedure on mice and increase the delitescence of appearing of body torsion, reduce the frequency of body torsion induced by acetic acid in 15 minutes. Conclusion Qin-lian anti-virus Capsules have the action of anti-inflammation and analgesia.
