摘　　要：阴极电泳涂料作为一种环保型的水性涂料,具有广阔的应用前景。在此采用半封闭的甲苯二异氰酸酯作为固化剂制得了环氧树脂阴极电泳涂料。探讨了合成树脂的反应条件,并对所得阴极电泳涂料的性能进行了测试。结果表明,在适宜的电泳工艺参数下,可以得到外观光滑平整,综合性能优良的漆膜。As an environment-protecting water-borne coating, the cathodic electrophoretic coating has wide application prospects. The cathodic electrophoretic coating of epoxy resin was prepared with half blocked isocyanate as curing agent. Reaction condition of the synthesis of resin was investigated, and properties of the obtained electrophoretic coating were tested. The results show that the coating film with flat, smooth and excellent performance can be obtained under the condition of appropriate electrophoretic parameters.
